Job Title: Advanced Automation Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of cutting-edge automation solutions. As an Advanced Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent robotic systems that drive manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative robotic solutions using state-of-the-art algorithms and technologies.
  2. Evaluate and compare different options to recommend optimal automation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  4. Design and develop new software modules for autonomous manufacturing systems.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to validate solutions using virtual models, simulations, and physical prototypes.
  6. Review current roadmaps and identify new research directions to generate proposals for new projects.
  7. Prepare detailed technical documentation and presentations for diverse audiences.
  8. Document intellectual property and technology disclosures.

Requirements:

  • PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Aerospace, Automation Engineering).
  • 2+ years of experience in R&D projects in relevant areas of expertise.
  • Strong basics in computing, data science, and AI applications related to robotics or autonomous systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and C/C++.
  • Good track record of scientific publications in top journals or conferences, and/or patents.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and system-level modeling and simulation is a plus.
