As a skilled technician, you will play a crucial role in operating automated manufacturing equipment to produce, package and sterilize contact lenses. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that produces high-quality products.
This position involves operating 1 DSM Flex line together with a team to manufacture quality products. You will also operate Autoclave machine for the sterilization of contact lenses, perform lot changes and maintenance of DSM Flex lines, and ensure good 5S standards and batch documentation completeness.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 1 DSM Flex line together with a team to manufacture quality products.
- Operate Autoclave machine for the sterilization of contact lenses.
- Perform lot changes and maintenance of DSM Flex lines.
- Ensure good 5S standards and batch documentation completeness.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
- Experience in GMP controlled manufacturing/production environment is an advantage.
- Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts (Monthly rotation from day to night shift and vice versa).
