We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Retail Partnerships Manager to join our team at Piaget in Southeast Asia.
About the Role
This is a senior position responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with key retail partners across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving retail performance, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Partners Account Management Support (65%):
- Define commercial guidelines in terms of incentives, marketing plans, network development, sales order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Implement retailization strategies, setting clear KPIs and monitoring retail metrics, contract strategy, operating models, model stock orders, auto-replenishment, booster ordering, and inventory levels.
- Foster and maintain close relationships with retail partners, motivating and animating brand ambassadors, ensuring high service standards, and providing optimal support to the brand.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on topics related to network animation, display, stock, logistics, staff engagement, training, operations, visual merchandising, customer relationship management, finance, and security.
- Partner with the retail team to foster cross-learning opportunities and align International Business and Export Business strategies.
- Collect feedback on export business/point-of-sale and brand performance, consumer trends, and competition activity.
- Reporting and Analysis (25%):
- Prepare monthly retail partner reports on retailization KPIs, including retail metrics, contact strategy, operating models, model stock, auto-replenishment, booster ordering, and inventory levels.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Events and Projects (10%):
- Assist in event organization, including invitations, logistics, and travel arrangements for VIP customers attending international events.
- E nsure strict compliance with standard operating procedures for new openings and closings.
- Support boutique activations, retail partners' events, and high jewelry events as needed.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director on preparation for market visits and annual Watches & Wonders events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong business acumen and data analytics skills.
- Excellent team player with negotiation skills to build and maintain robust professional relationships with retail partners and other stakeholders.
- Effective time management to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Dimension: Southeast Asia
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
