Job Opportunity: Plastering Specialist
About the Role:
- Mix and prepare a variety of raw materials for plastering applications.
- Apply high-quality plaster finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Provide accurate quotes to clients and engage in project discussions with stakeholders.
- Inspect and prime surfaces for plastering, selecting the most suitable materials for each site.
- Protect non-plastering surfaces and apply different plasters as required.
- Repair and fix previous plastering work when necessary and report any structural issues to the relevant authorities.
- Mix and prepare mortar, plasters, and other finishes, collaborating with contractors to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent store operations management skills
- Able to produce high-quality results under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective raw materials management
- Ability to plan and execute events efficiently
- Holding a valid driving license is an advantage
- Previous experience in the bakery industry is beneficial
- Customer satisfaction is our top priority
- A team player with excellent consulting skills
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Able to cater to diverse needs and preferences
- Experienced in hospitality and able to work independently
