The centre operates on a standard 44-hour workweek, with specific hours from Monday to Thursday: 11:30 am - 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate. Public holidays are observed, except for Labour Day and Vesak Day, reserved for student exam preparation.

Leave policies include:

  • Annual leave: 18 days.
  • Birthday leave: 1 day.
  • Family care leave: 2 days.
  • Medical leave: 14 days.
  • Hospitalisation leave: 60 days.
  • Maternity leave: 16 weeks (Singapore citizens) or 8 weeks (others).
  • Paternity leave: 2 weeks (Singapore citizens) or as per mutual agreement (others).
  • Childcare leave: 6 days (Singapore citizens under 7 years) or 2 days (others).
  • Compassionate leave: 3 days (per year).
