Global Payment Solutions Leadership Role

This leadership role is responsible for facilitating risk management discussions at key committees through effective reporting and communication of risk and control trends, issues, emerging risks, and initiatives. The individual will own NFR-specific governance activities, manage risk & control awareness, execute audits, and maintain satisfactory audit levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization by ensuring all employees understand their roles in managing and mitigating risk.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to the organization's operations and reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to risk management.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on risk-related matters, including training and education.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
