Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role involves working in a small group of experienced production operators in a clean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Measuring components against dimensions and tolerances on engineering drawings;
  • Calibrating quality control instruments and equipment;
  • Inspecting finished items and incoming raw materials for compliance;
  • Compiling inspection reports;
  • Assisting staff with inspection tasks and other ad hoc duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum NiTEC Certificate (or equivalent) or ASNT PCN in an NDT discipline;
  • An existing working knowledge of piping components;
  • The ability to use XRF PMI machines (training provided);
  • Well-versed in the use of micrometers, verniers, thread gauges and other measuring equipment;
  • Able to read and understand international dimensional specifications.
