Retail Sales Associate with Excellent Customer Service Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at WEALTH MARKETING PTE. LTD. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
About the Role:
- As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately while providing top-notch customer service.
- You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Your key responsibilities will include processing refunds, exchanges, and returns, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate during checkout, and monitoring stock levels of essential items.
- In addition, you will resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary, following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- You may also be required to perform other ad-hoc duties as needed by your supervisor or management team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
- You should possess strong numerical skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential, and you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is also required.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is approximately SGD 3,200 - SGD 4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
