MCPEC Marine and Offshore Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled WSH Officer to join our team. As a WSH Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead the WSH Committee in developing and enhancing WSH programs at construction sites.
  • Organize and facilitate WSH Committee meetings and ensure that safety reports are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Investigate and analyze incidents, and recommend preventive and remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and conduct routine inspections for compliance to WSH regulations.
  • Supervise workers to maintain safety standards and follow approved operating procedures.
  • Check and audit all appliances, equipment, and machinery regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry.
  • Experience in monitoring activities related to lifting and erection of steel structures and workshops.
  • Additional certification such as Lifting Supervisor will be advantageous.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office.
  • MOM certified and registered WSHO.
