Job Title: Caregiver for Young Learners

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing individual to join our team as a caregiver for young learners. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education to children aged 4 to 6, planning and implementing engaging activities that promote holistic growth and development.

You will work closely with parents to support each child's growth, fostering positive relationships through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate programmes and activities that support the developmental, educational, and emotional needs of children aged 4 to 6.
  • Foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment, including setting up and maintaining learning environments and resources in accordance with safety and health standards.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.
  • Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities with active involvement to encourage participation and engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent.
