Job Title: Etiquette Training Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an Etiquette Training Specialist to provide training and guidance on etiquette, manners, and social skills to children and young adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs on etiquette, manners, and social skills for children and young adults.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group instruction to students on proper behavior, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Assess student progress and adjust training plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure consistent reinforcement of etiquette skills at home.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Hospitality, Communication, or related field.
  • Certification in Etiquette Training, Image Consulting, or Social Protocol from a recognized institution is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and instruct children, teenagers, and young adults in an interactive manner.
  • Willingness to travel for private family sessions.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with different personalities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
