We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our healthcare team as a Front Desk Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling cash payments, and processing e-payments and NETS transactions.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Clinical experience is an asset, but on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
