Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and manage all details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical, including information on systems interfacing, data being posted, and data held within the application.
  • Support the user community on business queries and provide guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
  • Clear understanding of the scope of the project, changes associated, and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
  • Play a governance role in ensuring that the design is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy for projects with an impact.
  • Collate and rationalize all stakeholders' requirements and walk-through these requirements with the team.
  • Actively partner with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that business solutions are thought through from a long-term perspective.
  • Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
  • Manage UAT timeline, batch run/re-run, and tester's testing result.
  • Prepare proper documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning, and testing approach in accordance with predefined templates.
