About the Role

As a Corporate Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Singapore office, supporting the Executive Team and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finance and Metrics Administration
    • Prepare monthly financial reports, utilisation statistics, and project financials for management review, collaborating with external accountants.
    • Generate quarterly performance metrics and impact data for senior leadership and board review, liaising with external accountants.
    • Develop or update financial management tools and policies with management input.
    • Maintain relationships with external accountants and auditors for annual audits.
  • HR Operations Support
    • Compile and update staff tracking records.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and performance evaluations.
    • Liaise with authorities on work pass applications and administration of the MOM portal.
    • Update HR policies as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Firm Administration and Board Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including expense submission, scheduling, and time-tracking.
    • Coordinate secretariat services for board meetings, AGMs, and other key events.
    • Maintain memberships in relevant partner ecosystems (e.g., raiSE, NCSS, AVPN, Commissioner of Charities).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and update company policies as necessary.
  • Office Coordination
    • Manage office lease arrangements, reviewing terms as needed.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors to our Singapore office.
    • Liaise on matters related to IT, workplace health and safety.
    • Oversee office equipment and supplies.
What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in human resources.
  • Demonstrated success in corporate services management, office management, or similar roles.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving skills for independent work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
  • Humility and care for colleagues.
  • A desire to join an inspiring mission and dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience.
  • Knowledge of charitable regulations.
About You
