About the Role:

  • Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Cut, shape, and alter materials as required to meet project needs.

  • Ability to unload heavy materials safely.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Fabrication and raw materials management skills.
  • Windows and door installation expertise.
  • Furniture making and carpentry skills.
  • Sourcing materials effectively.
  • Cutting and layout techniques proficiency.
