Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and resolving issues related to software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor application and system alerts to identify potential issues
  • Perform daily health checks and validations to ensure optimal system performance
  • Handle initial triage of incidents and user tickets to resolve issues promptly
  • Provide quick fixes and workarounds for known issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues to facilitate future problem-solving
  • Escalate unresolved or complex problems to senior teams for further assistance
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Support the deployment of new software releases and patches to ensure seamless integration
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and root cause analyses to inform future improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with software applications and systems, preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and process
