• Employ outstanding communication, influencing, negotiating, and persuasion skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Possess a passion for diligence and resilience, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing business needs.
• Leverage experience in scoping and evaluation to define overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and technology principal risk, ensuring that business decisions are informed and strategic.
• Ensure effective project execution by defining clear objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables, aligning with business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance is required; minimum 5-8 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience. Strong knowledge of trade finance and banking practices, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
