Job Title: Senior Director of Capital Markets

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital markets, with expertise in origination and execution of transactions. This includes due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, and documentation.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in identifying and supporting origination of real estate financing opportunities with developers, investors, and corporates.

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Identify and support origination of real estate financing opportunities
  • Lead the execution of transactions, including due diligence and financial modeling
  • Perform credit analysis and documentations
