In these situations, professional guidance is essential to help individuals, couples, and families navigate through difficult times. As a skilled Family Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing expert care and support to those in need.

We focus on helping families overcome issues related to family relationships, marriage, and divorce. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where people can feel safe and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality relationship counselling services to individuals and families facing relationship challenges.
  • Develop and implement intervention programs for families affected by divorce.
  • Contribute to research and evaluation efforts aimed at improving our practice.
  • Provide clinical supervision to team members and promote their professional growth.
  • Support the implementation of our practice standards and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children.
  • Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage.
