Quantitative Trader - Systematic Alpha and Execution

Are you a skilled quantitative trader seeking a challenging role in systematic alpha trading? Do you have a strong background in statistical modeling and experience with high-frequency trading?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced quantitative trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying research-driven, fully automated trading strategies across equities, futures, and liquid macro products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy alpha-generating strategies using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Conduct high-resolution tick-level market microstructure analysis.
  • Implement execution frameworks leveraging smart order routing, schedule-based execution, and custom execution algos.
  • Manage and monitor risk-adjusted capital allocation.
  • Interface with quant researchers and low-latency engineers to productionise models and calibrate execution engines.

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years of live trading experience in systematic alpha trading.
  • Demonstrated track record of persistent alpha with Sharpe ratio > 1.5 over multiple market regimes.
  • Proficient in Python, C++, KDB/Q, and distributed computing environments.
  • Expertise in real-time signal execution integration and execution cost models.
  • Advanced quantitative training — MSc/PhD in applied mathematics, statistics, CS, or financial engineering from a top-tier institution.
