This position is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, create sales orders and shop orders as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer support and manage order schedules effectively.
  • Collaborate with program management to provide quotes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Consult with manufacturing department regarding equipment and workload optimization.
  • Develop long-term contracts with suppliers for strategic development and cost savings.
  • Manage inventory levels in warehouse and at customer sites.
  • Process customer inquiries, including product selection and price quotations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent expediting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of ERP database and access database.
