About the Role:Job Description:- Lead the architectural team to ensure seamless execution of fabrication, installation, and mechanical completion (MC) as per project requirements.
- Act as the construction lead for architectural works, coordinating with other teams to ensure timely completion.
- Evaluate, finalize, and manage subcontractors for fabrication and installation activities.
- Assign tasks and manage project management teams to achieve targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in any engineering discipline and at least 10 years of experience in architectural and insulation works, preferably in EPC projects for Oil & Gas, HVDC/HVAC Offshore Renewables, and Systems.
Requirements:- Strong leadership skills to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and ability to coordinate with vendors.
