Lead Enrichment Programs Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead enrichment programs for preschool children in a hybrid setting. The ideal candidate will be directly employed by our Education Client and responsible for conducting enrichment activities, workshops, and holiday events.


The selected individual should have prior experience in Early Childhood Education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be independent, initiative-driven, and able to engage with children and resolve daily classroom issues effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct enrichment programs, workshops, and holiday activities according to schedules and frequencies
  • Employ various teaching methods to facilitate active learning and enhance knowledge
  • Monitor and assess child development, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
  • Provide support for administrative matters and adhere to company guidelines
  • Maintain records of attendance, progress, and development
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to staff and freelance trainers
