Global Test Leader

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Test Leader.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality test solutions to our clients, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure effective testing and validation of our products.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements, allocate resources, and manage test schedules.">
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and technical experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.">
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to develop and maintain relationships and ensure timely delivery of test-related services.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve test methodologies and techniques.">
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple areas, including software development, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and civil engineering.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering high-quality results.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing competing demands, and meeting deadlines.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.">
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Fluency in English language (spoken and written) is essential.">
