As a Client Platform Support Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering End User Support focused on Client Management.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to client platforms effectively.
  • Responding promptly to incidents, investigating issues, and providing both temporary and permanent resolutions while keeping relevant parties informed.
  • Handling service requests associated with client platforms.
  • Monitoring service levels, documenting system configurations, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Participating in the implementation and upgrade projects for client platforms.
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware replacements.
  • Managing asset records and performing asset management tasks.
  • Overseeing user account management, including password creation, resets, and deletions.
  • Administering local servers to support software distribution and patch management services.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet service level agreements and proposing action plans as necessary.
  • Establishing best practices for facility management to ensure consistent operations across teams.
  • Submitting progress reports to management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of Higher Nitec or Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Technology Administration, with some knowledge of networking being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Additional expertise in technology will be considered a plus.
  • A self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven attitude.
