Job Overview

As a seasoned business transformation specialist, you will be responsible for driving large-scale change initiatives from manual processes to automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive transformation projects with precise analysis and effective change management.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, perform root cause analysis, and develop clear business and functional requirements.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure effective adoption and seamless implementation.
  • Prepare strategic communications, training materials, and operational readiness deliverables to support transitions.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing to guarantee quality outcomes and smooth implementation.
  • Track and manage projects to required standards, ensuring timely delivery and sign-off of deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate status, risks, and resolutions to key stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as SME to senior leaders and team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic requirements supported by business cases, cost-benefit analysis, measurable benefits, and KPIs.
  • Implement best practices to drive global consistency, simplify processes, and enhance controls.
  • Facilitate and deliver change initiatives that reduce risk exposure across the program lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
