Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead a regional procurement team focused on technology categories
  • Define sourcing strategies for software, cloud, infrastructure, and IT services
  • Partner with senior technology stakeholders to support transformation programs
  • Lead negotiations on complex vendor contracts, licensing, and service agreements
  • Develop frameworks and governance processes to ensure compliance across markets
  • Drive supplier performance management, ensuring value delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT procurement and vendor management
  • Strong regional or global experience in multinational, highly regulated, or complex environments
  • Deep knowledge of APAC's technology vendor ecosystem and commercial models
  • Demonstrated success in building or transforming procurement functions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and senior influencing skills
  • Strong track record of negotiating large-scale, multi-million-dollar deals
