We are a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to join our team. As Admin Assistant cum Driver, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your administrative skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications; greeting and assisting visitors; maintaining filing systems; ordering and managing office supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and documents; scheduling meetings and travel arrangements; recording meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant parties; updating office policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and databases; ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communication: Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication; liaising with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of office activities.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also provide general support to management, including handling correspondence, coordinating events, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:
