Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of manufactured components.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling and coordinating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions for traceability and version control.
  • Performing dimensional inspections using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Documenting inspection results and escalating non-conformances for review and resolution.
  • Assisting in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities to address quality issues and drive improvement.
  • Preparing documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements.
