Megawatts Sustainable Energy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Energy Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable energy projects that meet the requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sustainable energy projects, including PV, BESS, and EV Charging Systems, to meet client requirements.
  • Evaluate and propose alternative solutions and system integrations for project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and standards, such as SCDF, BCA, and EMA.
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality of work from site preparation to project completion.
  • Work with agencies, clients, and contractors on technical issues.
  • Provide regular progress update reports.
  • Perform planning, scheduling, and implementing project maintenance works.
  • Carry out troubleshooting, testing, repair, and installation works as required.
  • Plan, cost control, work measurement, and collection of performance data.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Power, Electrical, Clean Energy, or related discipline).
  • At least 4 years of experience in PV system design and engineering, and project management.
  • Knowledge of codes, such as IEC, Singapore Standards, and construction practices.
  • Working knowledge of standard electrical calculations, basic structural, and mechanical calculations.
  • Competence in AutoCAD.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good documentation and report writing skills.
  • Able to apply new technologies, such as ESS and EV Charging.
  • Able to work independently and lead a team.
  • Knowledge of PVsyst.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and contractors.
