Regional Tax Leadership Opportunity

Establish a strategic tax framework for a leading chemical manufacturing company in Asia Pacific.

  • Develop and implement corporate tax strategies to minimize risk and optimize returns.
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations across APAC and monitor local market developments.
  • Design and implement effective tax models and structures, engaging with authorities on incentives and advisory matters.
  • Provide specialized tax support for mergers and acquisitions, including integration and restructuring.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, finance, and legal teams to drive tax-incentive projects.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA and have 8+ years of experience in tax, balancing compliance and advisory roles.
  • Prior experience in Big 4 firms and commercial roles, with exposure to APAC markets and commercial tax planning.
  • Background in statutory deadlines, tax portal implementation, and BEPS management.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
