As a key member of our Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans. You will also reflect key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, agency, insights & measurement, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem-solving, multi-task and work independently.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions.
