FLEXSPEED TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of automation systems that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of automation systems, including robot teaching and PLC program setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and assemble automation systems, electrical wiring, and site installation.
  • Conduct factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests to ensure automation systems meet our high standards.
  • Develop and deliver end-user operation and maintenance training to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Perform system maintenance and support for systems in production, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service and application teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC programming and machine troubleshooting.
  • Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with factory automation, robotics, and control systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages.
  • Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium.
