Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical and ELV design projects.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Oversee project progression, manage costs, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work to ensure it meets project requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment and approval.
  • Ensure that electrical and ELV design drawings meet all design specifications and guidelines.
  • Apply sound technical knowledge to address potential issues and discrepancies.
  • Manage project execution to meet deadlines, ensuring all milestones are achieved as per plan.
  • Attend meetings with contractors to provide updates and address any issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Electrical or M&E field, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication.
