Senior Technical Officer

A Senior Technical Officer is required to oversee and ensure the completion of defects rectification works for condo/commercial projects within the given timeline.
- You must have at least 5 years' site experience on residential condo/commercial projects with ERSS and precast experience.
- Experience in inspecting and clearing both structural and architectural finishing works, as well as apartment unit handover from contractor to developer is required.
- Inspection of defect rectification works during post TOP period for condo/commercial projects is also essential.
- Registration with IES/ACES as an Accredited Resident Technical Officer is necessary.
- Good knowledge in local authority standards of acceptable finishes tolerances is crucial.
- Team player skills are essential to oversee contractors and ensure timely completion of defects rectification works.
This role involves overseeing the completion of defects rectification works for condo/commercial projects. The successful candidate will have significant experience in site work, particularly in ERSS and precast construction.
