Job Title: Tea Connoisseur

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tea Connoisseur to join our team. As a Tea Connoisseur, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of tea beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Prepare tea beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
  • Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting their preferred tea

Requirements:

  • Basic salary: $2000 + OT + Special Incentive + Birthday Leave + Yearly Bonus
  • After 3 months probation, increment by $200
  • Able to commit OT when required
  • Able to commit during weekend and Public Holiday

Training Provided:

  • 1 week in-house training at Taiseng Training Centre
  • 1 week on-job training at outlet
