About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending daily sub-contractors' meetings, carrying out survey setting out lines/points as required by the structure and architectural works.
">Responsibilities:

- Carry out survey setting out lines/points as required by the structure and architectural works.">
- Maintain constant communication with project staffs and subcontractors to understand their requirements and carry out proper planning to ensure that the various tasks' timeline is met.">
- Maintain accuracy of all the survey setting out lines/points and ensure proper handover to other parties to minimize mistakes to site works.">
- Liaise with the Licensed Land Surveyor to ensure proper AMSL, As Built Survey etc are carried out with endorsement for authorities' submission.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in land surveying and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
