Assistant E-Commerce Manager Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant E-Commerce Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and optimisation of our online business. This is an excellent opportunity to work across digital marketing, supplier partnerships, and e-commerce operations, driving customer engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute online campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage supplier partnerships for product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Oversee the creation and management of high-quality digital content.
  • Monitor and analyse online sales performance, generating actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and internal teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Manage order fulfilment processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer feedback and service recovery for the online channel.
  • Provide training and guidance to the e-commerce admin team.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to increase online sales through creative and data-driven strategies.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
