Early Childhood Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting early literacy in the Malay language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities suitable for preschool-aged children. They will also ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where children feel comfortable to explore and engage.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Preschool Educator will incorporate play-based learning, arts and crafts, music, and movement to foster a well-rounded developmental experience. Regular communication with parents will also be a key aspect of this role, with the aim of providing feedback on their child's progress and development through parent-teacher meetings.
- Promote early literacy in the Malay language among preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and engagement.
- Develop and implement play-based learning programs, incorporating arts, crafts, music, and movement.
- Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher meetings.
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Malay language.
- Familiarity with Singapore's preschool education system and guidelines is an advantage.
- Must have EDCA (L2) certification.
