Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization, while furthering your career in marketing and outreach.

The primary function of this role is to provide support for student outreach, recruitment, and admission functions, with the aim of attracting top talent to our organization. You will work closely with our Graduate Studies Office to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet our recruitment goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to attract high-caliber applicants
  • Serving as a liaison between our organization and students, alumni, and other stakeholders to foster relationships and promote our programs
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and other recruitment activities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and develop marketing materials, including social media content, email marketing campaigns, and print collateral
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track recruitment efforts and evaluate their effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in visual design or a related field (preferably)
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external partners
