Create user-centric experiences by transforming product features and concepts into intuitive and easy-to-understand interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Write and edit UI text to help users navigate our product.">
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to set a high bar for the overall user experience.">
  • Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders across different regions.">
  • Drive process improvements to optimize collaboration and lead content audits to identify opportunities for consistency.">
  • Contribute to content standards and champion best practices.">
  • Understand how to balance business requirements and customer needs in building features.">
  • Critique the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.">

Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • 3+ years experience in content design for consumer-facing products.">
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Localization teams.">
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to deal with rapid changes and situations that are not ideal.">
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.">
  • Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, glossary additions or product launch content.">
