About the Position
This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with the business development manager to execute business plans and strategies.
- The business growth executive will be responsible for assisting in the execution of business plans and strategies, including market research and analysis.
- He/She will also be responsible for consolidating data necessary for management reporting and ensuring 100% accuracy of information.
- The role requires providing administrative support to the department, including preparing official documents for submission to authorities and/or mall management relating to tendering of sites.
- The business growth executive will also keep up-to-date with market development and competitors' activities.
- Responsibilities include responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner, processing and following up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, and updating leasing reports and schedules.
- Additionally, the role involves conducting site visits or viewings to identify potential areas for expansion.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills to fill this role.
- A diploma/degree in business administration or equivalent with minimum 1 year of related experience is required.
- Possess solid presentation skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of personnel.
- Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross function to support business development activities.
- Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and minimum supervision required.
