Job Title: Electrical Facilities Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing facilities support pertaining to electrical systems and other miscellaneous works related to wafer fabrication.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, good technical knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems in charge to ensure they function as intended at all times.
  • Carr[y] out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore them to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time.
  • Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage, providing regular reports and recommending improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of systems.
  • Monitor utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce consumption where possible.
  • Track spares and consumable usage and ensure adequate provision for day-to-day operation.
  • Ensure plant histories, drawings, data, and other appropriate documentations are generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering or equivalent.
  • Basic engineering knowledge, including knowledge in industrial automation and industrial control systems.
  • 1-3 years working experience in a semiconductor environment, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industry preferred.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong technical knowledge.
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
