Lead a thriving karaoke lounge to deliver exceptional experiences for guests. As Karaoke Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and foster an atmosphere that attracts repeat business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain high-quality services. Schedule shifts, manage payroll, provide ongoing training, and evaluate performance to achieve excellence.
  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and resolving conflicts professionally. Interact with guests to ensure a positive experience and provide assistance as needed.
  • Operations Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. Manage inventory levels, order supplies when necessary, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract customers and boost revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, create budgets to meet revenue and profit goals. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Develop relationships with the local community and promote the karaoke lounge as a social hub. Participate in community events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and goodwill.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting. Familiarity with karaoke systems is highly desirable.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and motivate staff. Ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.
    • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
    • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with staff, customers, and vendors effectively.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
    • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
