Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Sustainability Strategist to join our team. As an Environmental Sustainability Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sustainable practices across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability, with experience in managing green rating processes and ensuring target achievement. You will be responsible for conducting dynamic simulations, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating project management for local and overseas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, LEED, Green Mark, Greenship etc.
  2. Conduct dynamic simulations using IES and CFD software.
  3. Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
  4. Coordinate project management for local and overseas projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in related field.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Can work independently as well as in small teams.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
