Accounting Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to lead our finance team and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions.

  • Manage complete financial records for clients
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare financial statements according to regulatory standards
  • Oversee tax submissions, corporate filings, and liaise with relevant authorities
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and interns
  • Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to management
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CPA/CA preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and audit procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client portfolios
