Job Description

As a senior marketing executive, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our school's marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events to generate quality leads.

Working closely with the communications department, this role aims to consistently share our school's vision and values through storytelling across digital and printed media.

This role supports our enrolment targets and positioning as a leading international school in Singapore by executing multi-channel tactical marketing campaigns to generate admissions inquiries from multiple target segments.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to generate quality leads.
* Collaborate with communications to tell our story across digital and printed media.
* Support enrolment targets and strengthen our positioning.
* Manage multi-channel campaigns and track admissions inquiries from multiple target segments.

Requirements

* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing.
* Experience in executing marketing campaigns for lead generation.
* Ability to craft engaging and compelling copy.
* Ability to manage a CMS platform and oversee the UX/UI of the Enquiry to Classroom journey.
* An enthusiastic, fast-paced, collaborative team player who can multitask and work independently.
* Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Experience in managing agencies and vendors is advantageous.
* Experience in education or language academies is a value-added advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

* Degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
* Experience with customer databases/CRM platforms and CMS systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write high-quality marketing copy.
* Knowledge of the full marketing mix, including strategy, campaign development, measurement, and optimization.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
* Knowledge of online/digital marketing, website management, and online advertising is preferred.
* Good ICT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CMS and social media.
