About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to join our team at CISCO SYSTEMS (USA) PTE. LTD. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase customer adoption and utilization of Cisco technologies, resulting in revenue growth and retention.
  • Proactive Renewal Management: Identify and mitigate renewal risks, leveraging insights to drive customer retention and facilitate workshops for successful onboarding.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customer partners, understanding their challenges and objectives, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Entities to identify value-driven use cases.
  • Technology Advocacy: Provide feedback to Cisco's product teams for development and enhancements, staying current with the latest Cisco technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
About You

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business outcomes through software utilization. Your expertise in creating and implementing Technical Adoption Plans will lead to optimized Return on Investment. Your ability to connect Cisco's offerings to success measures and remove adoption barriers is unmatched. With excellent communication skills, you will work collaboratively with various teams to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
