Job Summary

A Paralegal Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our legal team.

  • Responsibilities include preparing, transcribing, formatting, and editing complex legal documents and corporate materials.
  • Manage client onboarding, file opening, billing processes, and expense submissions in line with company policies.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, pitches, client materials, and coordination of client events.
  • Maintain CRM data, update lawyer credentials, and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Identify process efficiencies and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving practice group needs.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional certification in secretarial studies; paralegal background preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent time management, document handling, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a professional, client-focused mindset.
