Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, pitch letters, and other communications materials to media outlets and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain media lists to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
• Handle routine media inquiries and respond to press requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor media coverage to report on any mentions or stories that may impact our clients' business.
• Develop relationships with media contacts to build trust and credibility.
• Identify and pursue media opportunities to secure coverage for our clients.
• Conduct research to support client proposals and business development efforts.
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and industries to provide informed counsel.
• Assist in the coordination of events and promotions to support client objectives.

Requirements

• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months.
• Collaborative and passionate team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Degree or diploma in PR, Communications, Media, or related field.
